Arcturus Marine manufacturer of the world-renowned TRAC® line of Marine Fin Stabilizer Systems, Thrusters and Integrated Hydraulics Systems announces the release of the TRAC 540 Stabilizer Actuator and 26X Fin.
Following the tremendous increase in demand from the world’s top yacht manufacturers for the industry-standard TRAC 220-440 range of Digital Fin Stabilizer Systems, Arcturus Marine developed the TRAC 540 to accurately fill the needs of the rapidly growing 38 meter to 45 meter yacht market niche.
The first TRAC 540 systems have been delivered and the model is now in full production. The TRAC 540 capitalizes on several advanced designs developed for Arcturus Marine’s “big boat” 640 yacht stabilizers and includes all the same heavy-duty features found in all TRAC marine stabilizers (220, 250, 300, 370, 440), including the exclusive automatic fin locking pin, intentionally oversized load bearing components, and low maintenance double sealed shaft housings. Also available is the unique TRAC inboard hull-flange mounting systems for composite hulls. The TRAC 540 is easily configurable for two or four fin configurations and effortlessly accommodates TRAC-Star, Arcturus Marine’s highly acclaimed Stabilization at Rest feature.
The TRAC 540 yacht Stabilizer Actuator is fully engineered, extensively documented, and delivered ready-to-install. Key components are factory assembled and tested, and cabling is custom fabricated for every vessel.
